Our county party has gone without a unified vision for far too long. Centering on G.R.I.T.—Goals, Results, Integrity, and Teamwork—will allow us to achieve it. In practice, this means:
Goals

Funding: Double the HCRP annual operating budget through new donor outreach and innovative
fundraising. -
Precinct Chairs: Increase precinct chair numbers by 50% within two years by equipping leaders with
more resources, a clear mission, and meaningful incentives. -
Candidates: Fill a full slate of qualified candidates on every ballot; systematically identify, recruit and
train viable, electable local candidates far in advance to maintain momentum between campaigns. -
Issues: Focus our campaigns on local issues of safe communities, infrastructure, and good education.

Outreach: Double young voter participation through direct engagement.

Work with state officials to ensure ballot integrity.

Re-establish independent primaries run by Republican party infrastructure.

Ensure every conservative feels welcomed into the Harris County Republican Party.

Adopt Reagan’s successful Republican strategy: "The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally, not a 20 percent traitor.”

Hold quarterly meetings with successfully elected Republican local officials and advocate for their priorities by assigning precinct chairs to attend City Council, Commissioners Court, School Board, and other key community meetings.
